Practice Makes Perfect – epi Example Papers

To help you prepare effectively, epi provides two Example Papers M1 that reflect the format and content of the actual Paper M1. The papers are available on the epi Learning Platform and can be worked on independently.

Live Q&A Sessions with epi Tutors

To complement your preparation, two experienced epi Tutors will host three live online sessions:

21 January 2026, 16:00–17:00 CET – Q&A Session
28 January 2026, 16:00–17:00 CET – Q&A Session
4 February 2026, 16:00–17:00 CET – Tips & Tricks Session

These sessions are held in English and offer:

General feedback on the papers
Insights into common challenges and strategies
Practical tips for tackling Paper M1
Opportunity to ask questions and clarify doubts

Optional Add-on: Personal Feedback

Participants may book an additional personal feedback option, in which epi Tutors review submitted solutions and provide individual comments to help you. This feedback is only available in English.

What is Paper M1?

Paper M1 assesses candidates’ ability to analyse and respond to legal scenarios, focusing on legal interpretation, argumentation, and drafting skills. It requires a solid understanding of the EPC and related legal frameworks.
