Litigation Committee – UPC

UPC Sub-Committee remits:

• Receives input from the Executive Group on discussions at the UPC Registrar & IT Team and UPC Administrative Committee meetings;
• Monitors the secondary legislation of the UPC (e.g. UPC Rules of Procedure (RoP) and PMAC Rules on Mediation and Arbitration);
• Monitors developments of the UPC CMS;
• Studies and reports on UPC case-law; and
• Studies, discusses and reports on enforcement of UPC decisions and orders (Art. 82 UPCA, Rule 352 & 354 RoP) in cooperation with the National Litigation Matters Sub-committee.
