How to Become a Mentor
Eligibility & Requirements:
- You must be a qualified European Patent Attorney and a member of epi.
- You should have a genuine interest in supporting and inspiring the next generation of professionals and European Patent Attorneys.
- You must be willing to commit approximately 10 hours between June 2026 and December 2026.
- Your role is to act as a high-level advisor, not a tutor—offering general guidance, encouragement, and insights into the profession, as well as into preparation for EPA qualification.
- An open-minded and supportive attitude is essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in a kick-off meeting at the start of the programme.
- Engage in monthly one-on-one meetings with your assigned mentee (meetings are scheduled by the mentee).
- Share your experience, answer questions, and help mentees build confidence and direction in their professional journey.
