epi has prepared an Example Paper M2 for 2026 only which forms part of a training programme tailored to the exam’s structure and content. This training is designed specifically for EQE candidates.
Practice Makes Perfect – One Example Paper
To help you prepare effectively, epi offers one Example Paper M2 that reflects the format and content of the actual Paper M2 in 2026. The paper will be available on the epi Learning Platform and can be worked on at your own pace. There will be no need to download the questions as they can be answered on the epi Learning Platform in the same way as one would do for Paper M2 in 2026 on Wiseflow. As part of the training for 2006 Paper M2, epi offers the following in conjunction with the Example Paper M2:
Live Q&A Sessions with epi Tutors
To complement your preparation, two experienced epi Tutors will host live online Q&A sessions on:
• 14 January 2026, 16:00–17:00 CET
• 15 January 2026, 16:00–17:00 CET
These sessions are held in English and offer:
- General feedback on the paper
- Insights into common challenges and strategies
- Opportunity to ask questions and clarify doubts
Please note: These sessions do not include individual feedback on submitted answers.
Optional Add-on: Personal Feedback
Participants may book an additional personal feedback option, in which epi Tutors review submitted solutions and provide individual comments to help you. This feedback is only available in English.
What is Paper M2?
Paper M2 assesses candidates’ ability to identify and solve problems in a legal context, based on a given scenario. It focuses on analytical thinking, legal reasoning, and the application of relevant provisions.
Syllabus Coverage
The training is based on the official EQE syllabus and includes:
- EPC and Implementing Regulations
- PCT and its Regulations
- National law relating to the EPC contracting states, extension states and validation states
- Guidelines for Examination
- Paris Convention
- Legal problem-solving techniques
