New version of the Collection of Decisions entering into force on 1 January 2019 now available

Last 28 June 2018 the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation unanimously approved to amend Rule 154(1) EPC and to delete Article 4(2) of the Regulation on Discipline for Professional Representatives. By then the epi published a newsflash briefly explaining the approved amendments.

The epi Council has likewise approved a new set of epi Rules governing the payment of the annual subscription which complies with the above mentioned amendments. All these amended rules will enter into force on 1 January 2019. The epi Collection of Decisions has been updated accordingly. You can find the updated version here.
