Guidelines for Examination in the EPO – have your say

The EPO has announced a public online consultation on the EPC Guidelines and the PCT-EPO Guidelines. The consultation will close on 15 April 2022.
The anonymised suggestions made by those participating will be forwarded to the SACEPO Working Party on Guidelines for consideration, and will form part of the discussions during the 23rd meeting of the SACEPO Working Party on Guidelines in May 2022.
Unedited English versions of the EPC Guidelines and PCT-EPO Guidelines which will come into force on 1 March 2022 are now available on the EPO website, for advance information.
