Second and final phase of UPC new CMS roll-out will take place on 23 September 2025

The second roll-out of the UPC new CMS is scheduled for 23 September 2025. The current CMS will then be entirely replaced, allowing users to file and manage ongoing and new cases entirely on the new platform.

A freeze period will be in place from Thursday 18 September 2025 at 18:00 to Tuesday 23 September 2025. We kindly ask you to complete any urgent actions before the start of the freeze.
