epi welcomes Montenegro as 39th EPC Contracting State

epi welcomes Montenegro which became the 39th state to join the European Patent Organisation on 1st October 2022.
As of this date, European patent applications will include the designation of Montenegro (ME).
The European Patent Office will take over the functions of a PCT receiving office and act as a PCT International Search and Examination Authority on behalf of Montenegro.
