Amended version of the epi By-Laws and Collection of Decisions entering into force on 1st February 2021

A new version of the **epi **By-Laws and the epi Collection of Decisions is available on the epi website incorporating new provisions regulating the position of the Executive Director.

The epi Council approved the recruitment of an Executive Director at the Council meeting C86 and at the Council meeting C87 approved the amendments to the corresponding epi regulations including a transitional provision which conferred to the Presidium the competence to determine the date of entry into force of the new provisions. The Presidium at its meeting 2021-02 held today the 29th January 2021 has decided that the new provisions shall enter into force on the 1st February 2021. The new provisions shall not have retroactive effect nor can they affect agreements already signed.

The uploaded documents lack some bookmarks but they will be completed along the course of next week.
