World Intellectual Property Day – April 26, 2022

In 2000, WIPO’s member states designated April 26 – the day on which the WIPO Convention came into force in 1970 – as World IP Day with the aim to increasing general understanding of IP.

This year’s theme focuses on IP and Youth innovating for a Better Future. A Youth Video Competition was organized and the online public vote to select the winners of the World IP Day 2022 Video Competition is now open. You can chose from a short-list of the 20 most engaging and creative entries, and have until April 22, 2022 to cast your vote.
