Unified Patent Court announces phased rollout of new Case Management System

The Unified Patent Court (UPC) announces that the implementation of its new Case Management System (CMS) will take place in two phases, a first phase in July 2025 on opt-out functionalities and representatives’ registrations and a second phase in September 2025 for all users.
