Canadian professor seeks interviewees

Professor Wissam Aoun, who will be visiting at Oxford University and the Max Planck Institute for Innovation & Competition in Munich over the summer of 2019, is examining the nature of patent practice across Europe.

Pr. Aoun is actively seeking individuals who might be interested in participating in this study. Interested attorneys are encouraged to email Pr. Aoun at waoun@uwindsor.ca for more information on participation.

Weekend workshops for epi Students

epi weekend workshops: for epi students who have passed the Pre-Exam and are preparing for the main EQE. Depending on the workshop, the tutors will go through the requirements for Papers A, B or the Legal Opinion (known as Part 2) of Paper D. All workshops will be in English and will have a maximum of 20 participants.

Notice from the Examination Secretariat for the European qualifying examination - Compulsory registration prior to first-time enrolment to the EQE

Candidates are expected to register shortly after they have started the relevant professional activity. Enrolment to the pre-examination will only be possible for candidates who have registered at the latest by 15 January of the year in which they intend to enrol for the pre-examination, e.g. registration latest by 15.01.2019 for the 2020 pre-examination. Candidates who have not registered by this deadline will not be able to enrol for the pre-examination. Only duly registered candidates can be granted access to the enrolment portal.
