epi Council reacts to problems of non-attendance at oral proceedings before the Examining and Opposition Divisions

During its 82nd meeting held last 24th and 25th April 2017 in Munich, the epi Council amended its Recommendation regarding non-attendance at oral proceedings to extend its scope of application to proceedings held before the Examining and Opposition Divisions.

Upcoming UP/UPC seminars

Due to the uncertainty of the start of the Unitary patent and Unified Patent Court system the following seminars have been postponed: Lyon, Vienna, Bologna (supported by the EPO), Bucharest, Budapest, Warsaw, Istanbul, Reykjavik.
The seminars in the following cities will still take place: Stockholm 12 September 2017, Bern 12 October 2017, Eindhoven 16 November 2017 (supported by the EPO)

Harmonisation Meeting
