On Friday, 8 November 2024, an epi working group chaired by Michael A. Fleuchaus met to finalize the draft of an amicus curiae brief in respect of case G 1/24, which will be presented to the Institute’s Council at its upcoming C98 meeting on 16 November 2024.
Our successful seminar series on “Case law supported by the BoA of the EPO” is back. We once had to discontinue this series due to the pandemic and we are now very pleased that we have been able to resume it with the support of the European Patent Office´s Boards of Appeal. The seminar will be held exclusively in person. Online participation is not possible.
