On 29th July, 2025, Technical Board of Appeal 3.3.02 issued a decision referring three questions relating to the adaptation of the description to the Enlarged Board of Appeal (EBA).
The second roll-out of the UPC new CMS is scheduled for 23 September 2025. The current CMS will then be entirely replaced, allowing users to file and manage ongoing and new cases entirely on the new platform.
