Fraud Warning

We have been kindly notified by some of our members about a fraudulent practice. A company under the name “BTK Ltd.” sends letters to professional representatives threatening to file an opposition against a client’s patent unless a certain amount of money is transferred to the indicated bank account. Please be careful in this respect and feel free to inform us if you receive any similar correspondence.
