List of Professional Representatives

epi membership is mandatory for all European patent attorneys. The European Patent Office website includes an up-to-date database of professional representatives before the EPO as per the physical register located in their offices. Requests for any change of contact details should be sent in a written form to the Legal Division of the European Patent Office. The relevant form(s) to be submitted in the case of changes can be downloaded from the EPO website:

European Patent Attorneys

An up-to-date database of professional representatives before the EPO, entered on the Register at the European Patent Office, is held in a database on the European Patent Office website. All European Patent Attorneys are mandatorily members of epi. Any request for change in membership should be sent in a written form to the Legal Division of the EPO.
