Preparing for the EQE

The epi is committed to helping its students to pass the European Qualifying Examination (EQE).

To this end, the epi provides guidance to EQE candidates and persons willing to become a European Patent Attorney.

The epi also assists candidates in better preparing themselves for the pre-examination and the main examination of the EQE. Together with other benefits, the corresponding training activities are bundled under the epi Students programme.

Unofficial Pre-examination Compendiums Available

epi have created unofficial compendiums for the 2023 and 2024 Pre-examination papers (English version) which are currently only available in Wiseflow. These compendiums have been created using the questions from the Examiner’s reports together with the supporting material for the claims analysis section which is only available on Wiseflow.  We hope that you find these compendiums useful when tutoring candidates.
