Survey on the Case Law Book

The Case Law of the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office (“Case Law Book”) is now in its 10th edition and for the first time in a digital format only.

To ensure that the Case Law Book continues to meet the needs of users, the Legal Research Service of the Boards of Appeal invites you to complete a brief survey, the results of which will be taken into consideration for future developments of this publication. The survey is open until 15 April 2024, please take some time to give your opinion!
