Resumption of proceedings relating to computer-implemented simulations following G 1/19

The EPO announced in a Notice of 13 April 2021 that the stay on proceedings before examination and opposition divisions in which the decision depended on the outcome of G 1/19 (see published decision of 10 March 2021) has been lifted with immediate effect. Affected proceedings will be gradually resumed.
