I am entered on the list of representatives before the UPC. Can I use the title "European Patent Litigator"?

Yes. The epi Council recommends that epi members whose name has been entered on the list mentioned in Art. 48 (3), last sentence, of the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (UPC) use the professional title “European Patent Litigator”, in addition to the title "European Patent Attorney" or any of its equivalents listed in the Recommendation of the Council concerning the title.
