Work share is a platform for intended party offering (temporary) work and the party taking (temporary) work. The general purpose of this platform is to facilite the interactive cooperation between European Patent Attorneys who are interested in exchange of work. epi provides this service on a non-profit basis and acts merely as an intermediate. epi cannot guarantee of the accuracy, completeness or comprehensiveness of the offers provided by the European Patent Attorneys. Thus, epi takes no liability for any loss or damage that may arise with regard to the offers. Members of the epi (i.e. European Patent Attorneys) can respond to an offer only for themselves or on behalf of a firm for which they carry responsibility (i.e. are owner/partner).
