Auditors

The Auditors are Council members elected by the Council. They are responsible for the definition of scope and extent of the audit which concerns the accounts, the administration of assets and the internal rules. The detailed audit and the detailed audit report are executed by a firm of accountants (German version «Treuhandgesellschaft»). A yearly written report of the auditors together with specific requests as well as a request for the release of the treasurer, are subject to the vote of Council members during the Council Spring meeting of the following year.
